CARTAX Subscription Signup Form

Instructions

  1. Choose subscription type.
  2. Fill in the "Primary Contact" portion of the subscription form.
  3. Enter user(s) login information.
  4. Submit form.

Rates

Single user subscription rate is $2,500.00 per year.
Enterprise subscription for 4 users and up is $8,000.00 per year.

Users will be active upon receipt of valid payment. Subscriptions will be valid for 12 full months following receipt of payment. Users will be notified of their user id and password by email.
